Turner Classic Movies (TCM) announced today that it will open the 2014 TCM Classic Film Festival with the world premiere of a brand new restoration of Rodgers & Hammerstein's beloved musical Oklahoma!

TCM's Robert Osborne – the festival's official host – will introduce the film with its Academy Award®-winning star, Shirley Jones, in attendance.  The festival, which takes place in Hollywood CA April 10-13,  has also added several high-profile guests to an incredible lineup, including: Oscar®-winning director William Friedkin, who'll attend the U.S. premiere screening of his restored cult classic Sorcerer; Kim Novak, who'll participate in a screening of Bell, Book and Candle; Ryan O'Neal, who'll introduce the depression-era comedy Paper Moon; and legendary documentarian Albert Maysles, who returns to the festival for a screening of his 1975 masterpiece, Grey Gardens.
