Priya Dogra

Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

As Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development, Priya leads the development of WarnerMedia’s long-term strategy and manages key initiatives across the company to drive growth, with a particular focus on WarnerMedia’s international businesses. In her role, Priya oversees corporate strategy, M&A and venture investments and partners with operating executives to determine business priorities and develop strategies for growth. Priya is also responsible for the company’s innovation function including the development of WarnerMedia’s first innovation lab based in New York focused on the intersection of technology and high-quality content to drive new consumer experiences.

Prior to her current position, Priya was Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Time Warner, Inc. Over a nine-year period, she helped to originate, evaluate and execute critically important transactions across the company overseeing Time Warner’s global M&A efforts. She supported the company’s long-term corporate strategies by identifying and developing key opportunities as well as defining capital allocation priorities. These included corporate-level transactions such as the recent merger of Time Warner with AT&T as well as divisional acquisitions and investments in production assets, television networks, digital media, data analytics and direct to consumer assets globally.

Priya joined Time Warner in 2009 prior to which she was a Vice President in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Citigroup where she spent seven years based out of the New York, London and Toronto offices.

Priya received a B.Sc. (honors) degree from the University of Toronto where she majored in Commerce and Computer Science. Priya is member of the University of Toronto International Leadership Council, and in May 2019, received the University’s Desmond Parker Outstanding Young Alumni Award. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Opportunity Network whose mission is to guide underrepresented students to and through college into successful careers.
